They have deep knowledge of the distributive industry and are customer service-oriented. The N1S Management Team is a dynamic group focused on customer engagement by adopting new-age technologies to revolutionize frontline operations. They are involved in accelerating the digital transformation of traditional fast-moving consumer goods distribution processes to make operations more relevant and sustainable, enabling N1S to efficiently respond to customers' needs.
Our President and CEO, Manuel T. Parroco, is a highly experienced professional. Before joining Island Merchant and No. 1 Supplier, he worked in Nestle Philippines with various managerial positions in the Grocery Division and Nestle Professional Business Unit. MTP earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. La Salle and finished his MBA from the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos. He completed his diploma in Executive Development from The International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland. MTP is managing the N1S overall resources and operations with the support of the Board of Directors. He leads the N1S Management Team.
